Charly (ZenMuma) offers gentle, confidence-building pregnancy yoga designed to soothe aches, steady the mind and deepen the bond between mother and baby. Her classes weave in breathwork, pelvic floor awareness and calm, flowing movement, with plenty of modifications so every trimester—and every body—feels safe and supported. Expect evidence-informed guidance, a warm smile, and space to slow down.
Sessions run at Grove Farm Barns on Tuesdays, 6.30–7.30pm. It’s a cosy, welcoming setting with mats and props provided, small group sizes, and a blissful guided relaxation to finish. Suitable for complete beginners and seasoned yogis alike (and she encourages anyone new to exercise in pregnancy to check with their midwife or GP). Ready to join? Book HERE.
